Making workplaces inclusive for people with disabilities
I know what it's like to live with a chronic illness. When I was diagnosed with MS in 2018, my whole life changed, and the world became a much more challenging place to navigate. Work was suddenly full of barriers that I hadn't noticed before and I needed to ask for adjustments to be made.
What I learned during that time, coupled with my experience in change, communications, corporate strategy and events planning was that I was able to be a powerful voice for myself and others and effect change. I used that voice to lead the disability employee network and advocate for improving disability inclusion.
Now I'm using these experiences and skills to work with businesses to do the same. To create workplaces where everyone is able to thrive at work, no matter whether their mental, social or physical health condition is temporary, permanent, acquired or inherited.

What I do

I'll talk with you to find out your disability inclusion goals. Together, we'll map your goals to the company strategy and work out the messaging that will ensure change can be driven from the top down as well as ground up. We'll define the road map for your journey and work out how you'll measure success along the way.
